Product Care

The sofa cover can be dry cleaned, machine washed, or hand washed. However, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing. Frequent machine washing may damage the fabric fibers and cause the cover to become deformed.

Note: It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C using a mild or extra-gentle detergent. We also recommend turning the fabric inside out when washing.

So happy with our new sofa. It’s comfortable

The couch arrived exactly as pictured. I was honestly nervous at first ordering from the shop, but the couch exceeded my expectations. Its comfy to sit on and looks exactly like the more expensive version I was eyeing. I would recommend this couch to anyone who’s looking for a quality alternative to the popular original Teddy couch.

Love the couch, exactly what we wanted.

This couch is incredibly comfortable! We just received it, and I’ve already had the chance to enjoy a couple of deep, restful naps on it. The cushioning provides excellent support, and the fabric feels so soft. It’s quickly become my go-to spot for relaxation. perfect for lounging or taking a peaceful nap!

Great customer service! Fast shipping.

I was skeptical initially purchasing this sofa having not tried before purchasing, however I trusted the reviews and I’m sure glad I did. This couch met all expectations and to my surprise sofa received in under a week! I had a small issue with the original brackets but Aimee was very responsive and resolved the issue immediately. We LOVE this couch! Blown away by the quality of the sofa!

This teddy couch is amazing! Exceeded expectations. Extremely comfortable, materials feel super high quality and great construction. Some other reviews have mentioned the metal bars being flimsy — we haven’t found this to be the case. They work well and hold the sofa in place. Quick shipping and great customer service.

Couch just arrived

This couch looks exactly like the pictures. Unfortunately, when you sit on it and lean against the side or back, they lack structure, causing it to slide back. I contacted customer support, and they sent me a new grip, which perfectly fixed the sliding issue.
